Welcome to Stroyer! By accessing or using our app ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptable Use

You may only use Stroyer for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

2. Account Creation

Certain features require an account via Google Sign-In. Provide accurate information, including email, name, profile picture, and country code. Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Stroyer respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All original app content, designs, graphics, and software are owned by Stroyer or its licensors. Some graphics, logos, or assets used in the Service are obtained from third-party sources and are not owned by Stroyer. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works of Stroyer's original content without prior written consent. Third-party assets may be subject to their own usage rules.

5. Payments and In-App Purchases

Currently, Stroyer does not offer any premium features or in-app purchases. If such features are added in the future, all purchases will be final and non-refundable unless required by law. Prices and availability may change without notice, and users will be notified of any new paid features.

6. Service Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stroyer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorized access or alteration of your data.
• Third-party content or conduct.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Orissa, India. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.

Certain data, including your UID and Device ID, may be shared with service providers or affiliates for analytics, service delivery, and operational purposes. This sharing is done under strict confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
